OUR POLICIES

Lagos Metropolis:

• Standard delivery is 1 – 2 business days, for orders placed before 10AM each day, Mondays to Fridays to the preferred Corona shop locations (CDSS, CSS, Gbagada, Ikoyi, Lekki and V.I Schools ). 

Returns and Exchange policies

1. All items bought in good condition cannot be exchanged for cash.
2. Products returned by customers for exchange with another product should be accompanied by the original receipt of purchase and must be within a 7-day period from the date of purchase.
3. Returned products will be properly inspected to ensure items are intact and have not been used before considering an exchange. If the reason for returning an item cannot be validated, a refund will not be processed.
