Delivery Timeline:

Lagos Metropolis – Standard delivery is 1 – 2 Business Days, for orders placed before 2pm each day, Mondays to Fridays excluding weekends.  Order placed after 2pm attracts +1 business day to delivery timelines. Delivery charges apply.

Delivery time starts from the day you confirm your invoiced order with payment to the day our delivery associate makes a first attempt to deliver to you. Delivery will be attempted once again within 2 business days (8.00 am to 5.30pm ), after which the item will have to be picked up from an advised location with appropriate means of identification or authorisation.

Returns and Exchange policy:

1. All items bought in good condition cannot be exchanged for cash
2. Products returned by customers for exchange with another product should be accompanied by the original receipt of purchase and must be within a 7-day period from the date of  purchase
3. Returned products will be properly inspected to ensure items are intact and have not been used before considering an exchange. If the reason for returning an item cannot be validated, such item will be redelivered to you and a refund will not be processed.
